Dr. Harsha Kumar Rai, the Managing Director of Brightway India Consultancy and Allied Services (R), also he is Empanelled Architect within Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, Govt. of India.
He graduated B.E. in Civil Engineering from NMAMIT Nitte, M.Tech in Transportation System Engineering from NITK Surathkal, & Doctor of Honors from Al-Mata University Srilanka. He was a State Rank holder in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from VTU Belgaum, Karnataka.
After his post graduation he worked in four countries including India especially for Government Projects as a Project Management and Supervisory Consultant. He gained sound knowledge in Quality Control and Construction of Roads, Bridges, Flyovers and Infrastructural works by serving in international firms like Parsons Oman, Ital Consult Saudi Arabia, CES Bangalore, Wade Adams Dubai and Hilalco Abudhabi. He is a qualified technocrat and consultant for Dept. of Explosives [PESO], having vast experience in Installation of Chemical Plants, Fuel Stations, LPG Filling Plants, Auto LPG Dispensing Station, Reticulation System of LPG to High Rise Building.
After completion of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, Dharwad University in 1989 had worked as Design Engineer in Menon Bearings Kholapur, for two years, and Quality Control Engineer in Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Pune for two years. In 1994, had joined Puttur Petroproducts (P) Ltd as General Manager and handled variety of jobs like Installation of LPG Filling Plants, Fuel Stations specially Auto LPG Dispensing Stations.
